SwipeScore - Golf Scorecard App

Information We Don't Collect

SwipeScore is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Device identifiers
• Crash reports or diagnostics
• Any other personally identifiable information

Data Storage

All golf scores, course information, player data, and statistics are stored locally on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to any servers
• Is not accessible to us or any third parties
• Remains under your complete control

In-App Purchases

SwipeScore offers an optional premium upgrade through Apple's In-App Purchase system. When you make a purchase:

• The transaction is handled entirely by Apple
• We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made
• We do not receive your payment information
• Apple's privacy policy governs payment processing

Third-Party Services

SwipeScore does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

Data Sharing

The app includes a "Share Score" feature that allows you to export your scorecard as an image. This feature:

• Only shares data when you explicitly choose to share
• Uses Apple's native sharing functionality
• Gives you complete control over where and with whom you share

Children's Privacy

SwipeScore is safe for users of all ages. Since we don't collect any data, there are no special considerations for children's privacy. The app is rated 4+ and complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You can delete the app at any time to remove all data
• Data is automatically removed when you uninstall the app
• We have no copies of your data to delete

International Users

SwipeScore complies with international privacy regulations including:

• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation - EU)
• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act - USA)
• COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act - USA)

Since we don't collect any data, there are no data processing or transfer concerns.
